How does your pricing work?
After the site visit and once plans and selections are settled, we give you a fixed-price quote with a full inclusions list. Any changes you make later are priced in writing before the work is done.
Do I need council or building approval?
Most extensions need building approval, which we arrange through a private certifier. Many internal renovations don't. We'll tell you what applies at the site visit.
Can we stay living at home during the work?
Usually, yes. We stage the job to keep a bathroom and a basic kitchen running wherever we can, and we'll plan the noisy weeks with you.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our QBCC licence number is 0000000 and we carry public liability insurance. Residential work over $3,300 is covered by the QBCC Home Warranty Scheme.
How far ahead are you booked?
Site visits are usually within a week or two. Build start dates depend on the size of the job and approvals, and we'll give you a realistic date with your quote.
Do you take on smaller jobs?
We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and decks, but get in touch about smaller work. If it isn't a fit, we're happy to point you to someone local who can help.
